ברצוני להביע את תודתי לקובי המקסים שדאג לנו לסופ"ש מושלם. היינו 14 איש ב3 המבנים, כל משפחה אחת במבנה. המקום נקי להפליא, השירות יוצא מהכלל והמקום מאובזר בצורה בלתי רגילה עם מחשבה לכל פרט קטן. קובי המדהים לא יודע מה לעשות כדי לרצות. נוסעים להרבה צימרים אבל קראון רואייל בהחלט המקום הכי טוב שהיינו בו. אז שוב תודה ונחזור בקרוב.

רז היקר - מאוד נהנינו לבלות 4 ימים בוילה! תודה רבה על קבלת הפנים היפה, הפינוק המתמשך והדאגה לכל פרט. המקום מתוחזק ברמה גבוהה מאוד תוך שמירה על סטנדרט גבוה של ניקיון ואיכות. נהנינו מכל רגע - תודה רבה.

שלום. בתאריכים 6.8-8.8.17 היינו עם כל משפחתנו בוילה קראון רויאל. הגענו לוילה ונפגשנו עם הבעלים רז ועדי שקבלו אותנו במאור פנים. הוילה היתה מדהימה, נקיה , מאובזרת היטב החל ממקרר גדול, תנור מיקרוגל ואפילו מדיח כלים. ואני לא מזכירה את הכלים הרבים שהיו בארונות. גילינו מלאי גדול של קרטיבים וארטיקים במקפיא לכבודנו. כל בוקר רז הגיע ואסף את המגבות שהשתמשו בבריכה (מדובר בלמעלה מ 20 אנשים) והביא מגבות חדשות. גם בבוקר היום שהיינו אמורים לעזוב, רז הביא מגבות חדשות עבור הילדים שרצו לשהות בבריכה. בקצור מקום מקסים, יחס מדהים ומתחשב לכל בקשה שלנו. ממולץ מאד.

התארחנו בוילה בסופ"ש האחרון היינו 20 מבוגרים ו-5 ילדים, האמת שעל הוילה אין הרבה מה להוסיף כי אתם יכולים לראות הכל בתמונות ולקרוא את הפירוט באתר אין הפתעות...(כמובן שהמקום מדהים ומושלם מבחינתי) חייבת לציין את השירות והיחס החם שקיבלנו מהזוג המדהים עדי וקובי, בתהליך סגירת העסקה, בשבוע שלפני שעדי ענתה לנו באדיבות על כל השאלות שלנו, בהתחשבות המדהימה שלהם שעשו הכל שנוכל להיכנס מוקדם יותר ממה שנסגר בחוזה, בפינוקים שהשאירו לנו, בתחזוק הוילה בזמן השהייה שלנו (מנקה מגבות קפה תה סוכר) קיבלנו מקום נקי ומסודר ודאגו לשמר אותו כך בכל בוקר. אציין שלא נתקלתי בשירות שכזה בעבר והייתי בלא מעט וילות... בקיצור פשוט מקום מושלם ומפנק, אני בטוח אחזור לשם!!!
