וילה גדולה הספיקה למספר משפחות .מרווחת יחס מצויין . נקיה . מאובזרת . מקום פסטורלי ושקט . בריכה גדולה מגודרת הניתנת לנעילה ובכך למנוע מילדים להיכנס ללא השגחת מבוגר . ובקיצור נהננו עם הילדים והנכדים מנופש של מספר ימים בחופשת הקיץ .
